With its power, Lethes is rising the dead in search of Queen Asylla's Tomb. During the Ashwold Cemetery story, the player is informed that Lethes is in possession of one of the shards of the Worldstone. The dungeon is unlocked around level 17-20 toward the end of the Ashwold Cemetery zone's story. The first dungeon of Diablo Immortal is the Mad King's Breach dungeon.
